Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Code Kshetra Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Code Kshetra Solutions provides software development, web and mobile application development, IT consulting, and digital training programs. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies and tools
• You retain ownership of your business data and content
• Custom-developed solutions become your property upon full payment
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio with your permission

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

Limitation of Liability

Code Kshetra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
